No forms to chase, no retention team to argue with. Pick whichever of these is easiest — they all do the same thing.

Message DELETE on WhatsApp
Send the word DELETE to Zyncast in the same thread you use to publish. We’ll ask you to confirm once — reply YES — and the erasure starts immediately.
Dashboard → Settings → Delete account
Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account. You can also disconnect a single platform there if you’d rather keep your Zyncast account and remove just one connection.
Write to privacy@zyncast.com
Email us from the address on your account, or tell us the WhatsApp number you use. We’ll confirm it’s you before deleting anything, and reply with a reference once it’s done.
What gets deleted
Immediately, the moment you confirm
- Every access token for your connected Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X accounts — revoked, so we can no longer post as you
- All scheduled and recurring posts that haven't published yet — cancelled
- Every automation you created — stopped
Within 30 days
- Your account details: name, email address and WhatsApp number
- Your WhatsApp conversation with Zyncast, including photos, videos and voice notes
- All drafts, captions, hashtags and generated images
- Your publishing history and the insights we collected for those posts
- Backups, once they age out of our 30-day rotation
The one thing we keep
A minimal record that an account with your email address existed and was deleted, plus any invoices we’re legally required to retain. It contains no message content, no media and no credentials, and we keep it only to prove we honoured your request and to meet tax and audit obligations.

Removing just one connected account
You don’t have to delete everything to cut off one platform. Disconnect it in your dashboard, or revoke Zyncast from the platform’s own settings — on Facebook and Instagram that’s Settings → Apps and Websites. Either way we drop the token at once and stop publishing there.
Getting a copy first
Deletion is irreversible. If you want your content before it goes, ask for an export at privacy@zyncast.com and we’ll send a machine-readable archive within 30 days.
